The Texas Charter Schools Association (TCSA) was created in 2008 to unify, support and grow the charter movement. As it entered its fifth year of operations, TCSA embarked on a planning process designed to assess the current environment, chart a course for the future and define a sustainable business model that enhances vital services for our members and the broader charter school community.
Using the most up-to-date facts and figures in 2013, TCSA’s Strategic Plan is intended to act as a “road map” for future growth, establishing priority impact areas and defining key tactics that will be necessary to achieve our long term goal of increasing the number of children who have access to a high quality charter school education.
