TCSA training is the best, most engaging training available for Texas charter school officers and staff. Whether live, via webinar, or on DVD our training is timely, accurate and immediately applicable for Texas charter schools. TCSA-sponsored training complies with the content requirements of Commissioner rules and is aligned to the TCSA Quality Framework for effective charter schools. The Association is a TEA-registered training provider.
TCSA offers live training sessions each quarter of the year in various cities across Texas. Each live training session will offer TEA-approved training aligned with the TCSA Quality Framework. Knowledgeable speakers will provide engaging presentations and helpful written materials to each attendee.
Additionally, several times each month, TCSA will offer a timely webinar on a hot topic for charter schools. Charter officers and staff can log in from their desktops for an hour of charter information certain to inform and enhance your charter school's operations.?
Upcoming TCSA Live and Webinar Training Opportunities
TCSA's has discontinued the 14- DVD training series developed in 2008 by the former Texas Resource Center for Charter Schools in cooperation with the Region 2 Education Service Center. The information on the DVDs has become dated.
In June 2012 TCSA will launch the new online/on-demand board training series with the first segment covering Charter School Law. This will allow board members the flexibility to login and complete annual board training requirements at anytime and from the comfort of their home/work computer. Stay tuned for updates.
