The Canyon-Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund (CACSFF), a partnership between Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and Andre Agassi Ventures, will promote the success and growth of best-in-class charter schools by acting as a for-profit "bridge developer" of educational facilities. CACSFF will accomplish its mission by building/retrofitting academically friendly, environmentally responsible learning spaces for charter school operators who lack the financial and real estate resources to own or build campuses during the initial start-up or incubation years. CACSFF will also seek to empower the charter school operators by assisting in obtaining and structuring permanent financing necessary to purchase their facilities.
